No TV Week

This week was National Turn off the TV week. I decided we would do something special each night. Sunday we baked cupcakes and delievered them to our neighbors. Monday we had a spa night complete with a bubble bath, manicure, pedicure, and hair (even dad got a pedicure). Tuesday night was board game night. Wednesday was church night, but we also read books. Thursday was suppose to be our craft night, but McKenna got sick with a virus so we just had a lounge around night. Friday night is always our movie night so we turned the TV back on for the evening. McKenna wanted to know could be do this every week....Ha! A lot of work to have not TV. LOL!!!

Pap Fairy Visits

Well...we have tried to get Carrington to give up her pap (pacifier), however, when Hadleigh came along it was a hopeless case. We finally told her it was time for the Pap Fairy to visit. So she came and took all the paps away to give to the new babies. She left Carrington with Barbie movies and a letter. She was thrilled and has only asked for it a few times. Thank you Pap Fairy!

One of our favorite places to eat...Sticky Fingers. We love their Bar-B-Que. It is a must when we visit Chatanooga.

Musical Instruments

There was an area that children could play musical instruments recycled from old materials. The had fun beating, clanging, and making ALOT of noise.

Hanging out at the Park

We decided to just lounge around Coolidge Park since it is such a nice place. The girls had fun playing chase with daddy. The rolled, danced, ran, and turned flips.
