It's official-McKenna lost her first tooth. As a mom, I think I wanted to cry. She is growing up so fast. She told us at the beach she had a tooth growing in the bottom of her mouth. When we looked sure enough there was one sticking up behind her baby tooth. The dentist said the tongue would push it forward and the baby tooth would fall out. McKenna and Carrington spent the night with my mom so Scott and I could go on a date. She called us thrilled that she lost the tooth. I had to explain that she had to wait until she came home for the Tooth Fairy to visit-everyone knows she must make sure that you are in your bed at the right house. To make an even longer story short, she came home with the tooth and was ready for bed. She informed us that she hoped the Tooth Fairy brought her a movie. I asked why? She said when the Pap Fairy (pacifier fairy) came, she left her movies. This happened when she was two years old and so now I guess she thinks all fairies bring movies. Needless to say the Tooth Fairy heard her request and brought her a movie and $5.00. Pretty good deal for her first tooth.
